The walnut cracker powered by single and three-phase current (according to demand) is exclusively used for the cracking of walnuts, their cleaning from peels and the final collection of clean kernels in bags or storage tanks. Its performance ranges between 200 and 400 kilos per 8 hours. It can be used for all types of walnuts. It is the ideal choice for dry nut factories or small businesses or walnut producers who handle the processing and making of dried nuts commercially available themselves.

The dry nut cleaning sieve, type A4, is used for the sorting of nuts after cracking of walnuts. During transferring of the cracked walnuts with the help of cleaning sieves and after they pass from the outlets of the absorbers, the kernel is sorted according to its size and it is classified. The peels and powder are also removed.

The hydraulic vibrator used for the harvesting of almonds, walnuts, peanuts, oil nuts etc, type D-400, is placed on the three suspension points of an agricultural tractor. The vibrator for the harvesting of nuts can function properly on an agricultural platform as well, if it is appropriately adjusted.
